In the months of November and December the olives are “browsed”, that is, hand-picked when they are still attached to the branches and immediately taken to the mill to be cold pressed. Our oil has a rich taste and allows you to flavor foods with modest quantities. In addition, it has a good keeping capacity, but is much better within the first year of life

The Fattoria Uccelliera company was born in the late 60s from the passion for the countryside and the woods of Antonio Bulleri and Maria Elena Poggianti. Today two generations work in the company and the third has already begun to make its welcome contribution in the extracurricular season.
Each of us plays a different role within the company and everyone participates in strategic decisions. What characterizes the hilly estate (the famous “Poggi”), in addition to the vineyards and olive groves – even centuries-old – are the high woods trunk, the extensive Populus Alba plants and the arable land, extensively cultivated and mainly intended to make a natural but also rich environment available to the fauna.
The winery , at the service of production, and the numerous farmhouses, intended for farm holidays, have been restored using mostly ancient materials, to maintain those architectural characteristics that have made Tuscany universally appreciated.
