Winemaker Notes
Skyside Cabernet Sauvignon is made from a short maceration and cool fermentation to preserve the character of the fruit and create a supple, nuanced and intense wine. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels (25% new). Grapes are coming from carefully selected vineyards which combine to create a blend expressing the best of each sub-appellation and terroir.
This wine pairs well with a wide variety of meals including grilled pork tenderloin, BBQ short ribs and slow roasted pot roast.
